Preregistered guided field trip visits to the Chicago Botanic Garden must be booked a minimum of four weeks in advance, and payment due three weeks prior to your field trip. The field trip visit reservation is finalized once full payment is received and processed, and confirmation letters are generated.
In 2018, Guided Programs will require a $50 nonrefundable deposit at checkout.
Registration requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note there are seasonal variations in response time. Your patience is appreciated!
