Enjoy the fresh air as you move through a series of yoga postures connecting to the breath and to nature. These practices are designed to help you relax and develop a sence of peace and wellness. Class is held in an outdoor, covered pavilion with stone flooring. Class size is limited to nine students to allow for physical distancing. Please bring a mask and your own yoga mat. We recommend bringing a second mat for cushioning. All are welcome.
