Enjoy a state of relaxation and reconnecting with nature through activities like breathing exercises, gentle yoga, journaling, and meditation. All are welcome. Dress comfortably in weather-appropriate, loose clothing and bring lots of water, as the retreat will be outdoors. Lunch is included. A supply list and map will be sent with confirmation.
