Tai chi from the Yang style is a beautiful, slow-moving meditation in motion. Move through the 24 forms and some qi gong from your own home during this online class. This class level is best for students new to tai chi or the Yang form, or if you would like to refresh your practice. Please ensure we have your current email on file, as this is how we will send login instructions to you prior to class. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
