Looking to extend your summer season of tai chi? This class is designed to continue and build upon concepts learned in your previous tai chi session, and it is only recommended if you have already taken the 7-week summer session of Tai Chi Fundamental Yang 24. Tai chi from the Yang style is a beautiful, slow-moving meditation in motion. Move through a selection from the 24 forms and some qi gong. Class level is best for students new to tai chi or the Yang form, or if you would like to refresh your practice. Class will take place outdoors at McGinley Pavilion when possible.
