Tai Chi Basics for the Weekend

Tai chi is a low-impact, slow-motion practice with health benefits such as increased range of motion, improved balance, and increased energy. Explore gentle postures and exercises designed to improve your well-being. This class may be practiced seated, and may be taken multiple times. Dress for the weather.
