Tai chi is a low-impact, slow-motion practice with known health benefits such as increased range of motion, improved balance, and increased energy. Attend this class and explore gentle postures and exercises all designed to improve your well-being. This class may be practiced seated, and may be taken multiple times. Class locations vary and will be held outdoors when weather permits. Please refer to the tai chi sign in the Visitor Center to determine your daily class location.
