Tai chi from the Yang style is a beautiful, slow-moving meditation in motion. This course continues with in-depth study of the Yang style for students who have completed the intermediate class and feel comfortable advancing. Some qigong exercises, such as the Eight Pieces of Brocade, will also be practiced. Class locations vary and will be held outdoors when weather permits. Please refer to the tai chi sign in the Visitor Center to determine your daily class location.
