Sun-style is the most modern form of tai chi, known for flowing movements and gentle postures. Once you are comfortable with the foundations learned in Tai Chi for Beginners: Sun-Style, you move into the advanced beginner level, which allows a graceful bridge between the beginner and intermediate level. Build upon the forms and postures you learned, while continuing to receive the multiple health benefits of tai chi practice such as increased balance and flexibility. Class locations vary and will be held outdoors when weather permits. Please refer to the tai chi sign in the Visitor Center to determine your daily class location.
