Meditation Walk: The Cycles of Life

Saturday, May 18
8 – 10 a.m.

$49/$62

New! Nourish your spirit, relax, and renew as you slowly walk about one mile around the Great Basin, making four stops for guided meditation. The seasons of the year will be the lens through which you examine four life-cycle patterns: spring is for creation and new life; summer is for growth; fall is for suffering, pain, and letting go; and winter is for death and loss. You will have private time to contemplate, journal, wander, and breathe. Dress for the weather. Class will move under cover in inclement weather.
