6 Saturdays, February 13 – March 20, 2021, noon – 1 p.m.
New! Investigate different meditation methods through relaxed discussion and practice, including guest presenters. Learn the history of meditation and different postures and “anchors’” used in the practice. Topics vary weekly and include breath, thought, emotion, mood, metta (loving kindness), and self-compassion. Suitable for beginners and those wanting to expand their current practice. Wear comfortable clothing and use a cushion, block, chair, or blanket as you prefer.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
