6 Saturdays, October 15 – November 19, 2022, 11 a.m. – noon
Investigate different meditation methods through relaxed discussion and brief, weekly practice. Discuss the history of meditation and different postures and “anchors’” used in the practice. Explore different topics each week: breath, thought, emotion, mood, metta (lovingkindness), and self-compassion. Suitable for beginners and those wanting to expand their current practice. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a cushion, block, chair, or blanket if you prefer.
