New! Infused spirits, better known as cordials in the United States, are alcohol-based infusions that can be sweet, spicy, or bitter. Traditional uses of infused spirits have been for imbibing during celebrations, adding flavor, or to promote health. Explore the basics of infusions using different folk methods, supplies needed, best alcohols to infuse, and some seasonal recipes to try yourself.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
