Looking to extend your summer season of tai chi? This class is designed to continue and build upon concepts learned in your previous tai chi session, and it is only recommended if you have already taken the 7-week summer session of Tai Chi Fundamental Yang 24: Online. Tai chi from the Yang style is a beautiful, slow-moving meditation in motion. Move through a selection from the 24 forms and some qi gong from your own home during this online class. This class level is best for students new to tai chi or the Yang form, or if you would like to refresh your practice.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
