Minimalism and Photography: Online

6 Thursdays, July 9 – August 13, 2020, 1 – 3:30 p.m.

New! Minimalism is as subjective in photography as in any style of art. What appears simple and soothing to one viewer might strike another as deep and complex, or have no meaning at all to another. Explore and develop techniques to investigate the principles of composition and aesthetic design to convey meaning and emotion. Learn elements of minimalism that help you capture the strength and essence of your subject, and take your images from mundane to intriguing. Requires a good working knowledge of technical basics, including correct exposure, filtration, and sharpness. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts.
FPC required course option, master track

This class will be taught online using Cisco Webex and email. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
