Exploring Volo Bog with Cameras

Volo Bog is a 47-acre floating mat of sphagnum moss, cattails, and sedges surrounding an open pool of water. Class will begin in the Visitor Center then proceed to a photography session during a guided tour of the bog. Time after lunch will be devoted to exploring the Tamarack View Trail which provides a longer, more extensive view of the entire bog. Students must be able to walk at least one mile. Limited to 16 students. Lunch is provided on June 21. A map will be sent with confirmation. The School’s CEUs=7.5 hours
