When hiking or walking, do you ever wonder about the height or age of the trees around you? Foresters use a simple technique to determine tree height and age. You will discover how to take several measurements of trees to answer these questions. You will also learn terminology of trees such as DBH, caliper, multistemmed, clump form, standard, grafted, tree habits, and forms. Dress for the weather. The School's CEUs=2 hours
