New! These delicious desserts will cool you down without heating up your kitchen. You will make a black forest cheesecake and a lemon-blueberry icebox cake. Both recipes can be prepared in advance to enjoy later or serve the next day. You will a handheld or tabletop mixer, a 9-inch pie plate, and an 8 x 8-inch pan. You will also need to purchase ingredients to make desserts and complete some easy, pre-class prep. A full ingredient list, pre-class preparation instructions, and recipes will be sent in advance of the class. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
