New! Salads or salatim are essential to Israeli cuisine and are eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner. By “salad,” Israelis mean everything from a green salad to colorful mixtures of chopped vegetables to spreads and relishes. It is an exciting, plant-forward way of eating. In this cook-along class, you will prepare classic Israeli starters, including tabbouleh, fattoush and muhammara, and learn how to create your own unique Israeli-inspired vegetable dishes at home. All registrations must be submitted online 3 days before your class starts. Recipes and a shopping list will be sent prior to class.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
