How to Make and Use Preserved Lemons

New! Preserved lemons are a staple of Middle Eastern and North African cuisine, and they make an impressive edible gift. In this hands-on cooking class, cookbook author and home food preservation expert Emily Paster will teach you how to make preserved lemons and each student will take home a jar of preserved lemons. Paster will also demonstrate how to use preserved lemons in a recipe for farro and preserved lemon salad.
