Spend a fun night out with your friends learning delicious traditional tapas recipes you can easily reproduce at home in this class. Explore the ingredients of Spain in a variety of tapas such as gazpacho, green salad with manchego and pears, rosemary potatoes with leek and chorizo, garlic mushrooms, meatballs in saffron sauce, serrano-wrapped tuna with romesco, and almond pastry with honey-brandy oranges. Learn knife cuts, searing and braising methods, how to work with puff pastry, and plating techniques. Alcohol will be served at this class; participants must be 21 years of age or older.
