Up your Super Bowl party game with homemade crackers. Learn to make crunchy treats that taste as good as store-bought (or even better!) and are endlessly customizable. In this cooking class, you will prepare three types of crackers—sesame grissini, miniature cheddar cheese crackers, and easy everything-seasoning pita chips using store-bought pita. You will get an introduction to working with yeast, learn to shape dough by hand as well as with a rolling pin, master cutting techniques, and discover many variations. Take home your own box with a sampling of crackers.
