Make your own beautiful box of hand-rolled truffles to take home. Tempering chocolate is the method used to achieve a shiny, snappy coating on truffles and bonbons. In this baking class, you will watch a demonstration to learn tips for the best at-home chocolate tempering technique, and then make your own flavor-infused chocolate truffles—Earl Grey tea, mocha, and cinnamon.
