Demonstration Cooking: Summer Sides

Whether you are the host or bringing a dish to share, you need go-to summer side dishes that can feed a crowd and stand up to hot weather. In this demonstration cooking class, you will learn how to make summer sides that will be the star of the party, including green and yellow wax bean salad with tarragon vinaigrette, penne with lentils and feta, and Lebanese potato salad with mint.
