Demonstration Cooking: Soups

Learn a variety of techniques to make homemade chicken stock. Students will prepare and take home a sample of stock to use in recipes at home such as wild rice with ham, roasted pumpkin with apple and chipotle, and shrimp wonton. This class is a great precursor to the Sauce class offered on October 20.
