New! Open up to onions at this lunchtime demonstration cooking class featuring seasonal vegetables with notes for harvesting or selecting at the store, preparation tips, and basic cooking methods. Learn to celebrate bright colors, unique textures, and fresh tastes. Onions are among the most powerful flavoring ingredients in the kitchen and work in numerous ways depending on their preparation. Our lesson features dishes incorporating onions, shallots, leeks, and scallions as well as cooking methods of sweating, caramelizing, macerating, and baking a savory egg custard (all recipes are vegetarian).
