New! Nothing warms up a winter day like a hot bowl of chili. In this cooking class, learn knife and sauté techniques, tips for using canned and dried beans, and how to bake in cast iron. This class will feature a richly flavored vegetarian bean chili loaded with sweet potatoes, zucchini, and peppers, paired with a skillet corn bread, customizable to your tastes.
