In this demonstration cooking class, you will learn how to make a classic egg-based Italian pasta dough suitable for forming into sheets for lasagna, for filled pasta, or for cutting into fettuccine. You will discover techniques for making several beautiful variations of the dough, including spinach pasta and a laminated pasta dough with fresh herbs and edible flowers.
