John Pastoriza-Piñol, an award-winning botanical artist with a doctorate in botany from the University of Vigo, Spain, travels from Australia to teach techniques for achieving the intricacies of fine detail. Properly protecting critical edges in your drawing before laying down your watercolor washes is an invaluable process for contemporary botanical artists. Your paintings will be brought to a new level of realism and detail. Students should have skills in drawing and watercolor.
