Join chef Cleetus Friedman in the Regenstein Fruit & Vegetable Garden’s open-air amphitheater as our Garden Chef Series featured chef prepares recipes with local garden-fresh ingredients.
Chef Friedman is the driving force behind City Provisions Delicatessen in Chicago, which is known for its mission of offering local, sustainable, and delicious food to their Ravenswood neighborhood clientele. Friedman is the perfect chef to complement our World Environment Day lineup of presentations on sustainable and ecologically sound growing practices.
The Garden's tool man, Sam Darin, will also be on hand between presentations to show you how to sharpen your kitchen tools. We welcome you to stop by for one of this afternoon's presentation to hone your cooking skills and your cutlery!
