The Garden Emerges at the
Chicago Flower & Garden Show
at Navy Pier

Show hours are 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.

The Chicago Flower & Garden show breathes spring into the air, dazzling visitors to its Navy Pier location with bursts of bright color and lovely floral displays.

TICKETS MAY BE PURCHASED ONLINE IN ADVANCE AT CHICAGOFLOWER.COM. Chicago Botanic Garden members now receive a $2-per-ticket discount to the Chicago Flower & Garden Show when purchasing in advance online. Enter “CBG” in the Promotion Code box after selecting the quantity and type of ticket you want to purchase. Be sure to click on “Verify Promotion” once you have entered “CBG” in the box in order for the discount to be applied. The discount applies at Navy Pier as well. Present your valid membership card at the ticket booth at the time of purchase.

The Chicago Botanic Garden will be there, represented by experts discussing a number of gardening topics. Gardening seminars at the show are a highlight for the multitudes eager for tips and yearning for time in their own gardens. The seminars are free with show admission.

 

HORTICULTURE COMPETITIONS ARE BACK!

Plan to enter one or more of the three juried competition categories: houseplants, window boxes, and photography. Guidelines and descriptions for the horticulture competition are available at chicagoflower.com/horticulture-competition-info.cfm. The competition embraces indoor gardening through the show theme "The Sport of Gardening." The horticulture and photography competitions have the theme of "Play Ball!"

Don't miss the chance to help the Garden and other local charities while having fun! Four times each day, join staff instructors from the Garden and local nurseries for these hands-on spring container-gardening workshops. A $20 fee applies, and all proceeds benefit the daily charity.
