8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

We welcome members of the community to submit a poster application for presentation at the Lifeways and Greenways forum. Poster presentation sessions are designed to be inclusive and interactive. Using traditional poster guidelines as a standard, presentation media requirements are flexible and should be documented on your application.

Anyone interested in presenting at this symposium must apply before the October 7, 2011, deadline. The Program Committee reserves the right to reject submissions because of program constraints. Authors will be notified by September 16 regarding acceptance of their poster. Submission of Paragraphs

Each entry must be submitted electronically and include the following:

• Presentation Application
• Paragraph (in the following format):

Title (underlined and ending with a period).
Author*1 and Author2 (presenter marked with asterisk)
Address1 e-mail and phone number
Address2 e-mail and phone number

Underline the abstract title. List the full names of the author(s). If there are multiple authors, superscripts should be used to identify the authors with their affiliations and addresses. The name of the presenter should be marked with an asterisk, and the e-mail and phone number included with the address. Skip one line between the header and the abstract. Paragraphs should be descriptive and concise, no longer than 300 words. Use Times or a similar font, 12-point size, with 1-inch page margins.
