To provide an optimal learning environment, registration is limited to 24 participants.
Eight-day Certificate of Merit Fee:
Early-bird fee paid/postmarked by April 1, 2009: $2,995
Fee after April 1, 2009: $3,495*

One-day Seminar-only Fee:
Member fee: $119
