Research Interests
My research interests include documenting indigenous uses for medicinal plants, screening important plants for novel pharmacologically-active compounds and identifying their mechanisms of action, studying the release of phytochemicals and their effects on plants and other organisms (allelopathy) and researching the effects of plant-derived smoke on the germination of seeds of a variety of plant species.
