A Rare Affair:
A Collector's Auction of Unique Botanical Offerings

Dinner and Live Auction at 8 p.m. – McGinley Pavilion

The Woman’s Board of the Chicago Horticultural Society is delighted to invite you to our biennial rare plant auction, A Rare Affair: A Collector’s Auction of Unique Botanical Offerings. Unique horticultural finds from the Chicago Botanic Garden’s international research expeditions, as well as select donations from the nation’s top nurseries, are being reviewed and cataloged for auction.

A Rare Affair begins with cocktails and a silent auction in the beautiful Regenstein Center, followed by dinner on McGinley Pavilion and a live auction of the most select plants. It is truly a unique event — just the place to find the perfect addition to your garden.

All proceeds from A Rare Affair will benefit the Rainwater Glen and Green Roof Gardens.
