Veteran Internship Program
Chicago Botanic Garden is offering 12-week paid internships to military veterans.
May 20 – August 9, 2024
Positions available in various departments including:
- Education
- Horticulture
- Visitor Services
- Database Management
- Construction and Maintenance
- GIS Documentation
- Accounting
Pay rate:
$18.38/hour
Additional $50/week travel allowance
What you will do:
Work 32 hours a week in a department suited to specific career path or interests. Additionally, once a week, meet as a Veteran cohort to tour Garden areas, learn skills through projects, and receive small-group assistance to develop workplace resourcefulness.
