Attendance of 963,402 in 2012 breaks record for fourth year

As we celebrated our 40th year in 2012, attendance was the highest in the Garden's history for the fourth year in a row. Since 2005 we have experienced a 37 percent increase in attendance, which equates to more than 200,000 visitors. Membership held steady in 2012 at roughly 50,000 households. We are grateful to our membership family for their generosity to our Annual Fund, reached $3.1 million in 2012—the highest total in Garden history. Revenue from membership and the Annual Fund are used to offset the expenses of the annual operating budget.
