2011 Reavis Junior Green Youth Farm Staff

PHOTO: Jesse RutschmanJesse Rutschman has worked with elementary, middle, and high-school youth since 2004, serving as a college and career coach through Chicago Public Schools, as well as an adventure education facilitator in a number of different settings. In addition, he has experience managing adults at two urban farm sites in Chicago, tending to his family's apple orchard, and leading workdays at a community garden. Jesse earned his bachelor's degree from Earlham College in 2004 and is currently completing coursework for his master's of arts in teaching at National-Louis University. He plans to teach science to middle schoolers in Chicago Public Schools.

PHOTO: Molly OntiverosMolly Ontiveros attends the University of Chicago, where she is pursuing a degree in environmental studies. Her focus is on environmental education, and she has a particular interest in outdoor education opportunities for students in Chicago Public Schools.
