Fine Art of Fiber – Showcase of Fiber Arts

Opening night November 6, 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
November 7 – 9, 2008, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Gorgeous quilts, wonderful wearable art, luxurious knits, and delightful woven textiles will be on display and for sale during the 12th annual Fine Art of Fiber.

Highlighting this event is a fiber art exhibit featuring more than 150 pieces, including contemporary as well as traditional quilts, wall hangings, clothing, dolls, fabrics and beadwork. A special exhibition from Women's Journeys in Fiber this year will be "Conceal/Reveal: Robes."

Visitors can attend lectures and fashion shows, enjoy the exhibits and participate in a silent auction and a quilt raffle.

Don't forget to visit the gift boutique, where holiday items and handmade gifts are available in addition to quilts and wearable art.
