Registration
To ensure a quality learning experience, educator class sizes are limited and all participants must preregister. Please register early to ensure that space is available in your preferred workshops. Full course payment is due at the time of registration, and optional graduate credit fees must be paid by the first day of class. Please note that credit fees must be paid separately to Aurora University.
All communications, including confirmation, will be sent via e-mail. Please provide a valid e-mail address and add registrar@chicagobotanic.org to your safe senders list in order to guarantee receipt.
Cancellation Policy
Courses canceled by the Garden due to hazardous weather conditions or low enrollment will be automatically refunded in full. Participants will be notified by phone in case of a cancellation. Programs with insufficient registration will be canceled five to ten business days before the scheduled start date.
Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your registration, please notify Teacher Services as soon as possible by phone at (847) 835-8253. If you cancel at least two weeks prior to the first day of class, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the class, a refund minus a $25 administrative handling fee will be issued.
Photographs
By registering for Educator Professional Development classes, registrants consent to be photographed and to the use of such photographs in future Chicago Botanic Garden publications and promotional materials. If you do not consent to being photographed and to such use of the photographs, please notify the instructor before your class begins.
