Reindog Parade Registration Form

Yes! My dog is a leader of the pack. Please sign us up for the Reindog Parade,
the tail-wagging event of the season at the Chicago Botanic Garden.

Registration and Fees: $14 per dog in advance; $19 per dog at the door on the day of the event.

Details and the Doggone Rules:

  • Include registration payment with this form and mail to the Chicago Botanic Garden Reindog Parade, 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL 60022. Advance registration must be received by December 4, 2008. Registration is limited. First dogs come, first dogs served. Reindog Parade will be held rain or shine. Sorry, no refunds. Confirmation notice will be sent, so mark your dog’s calendar!
  • Registration and activities open at 11 a.m.
  • Santa will entertain.
  • Top Dog Prizes awarded for Best Costume Overall, Best Owner/Dog Costume, Best Puppy (under 1 year) Costume, Best Senior (over 10 years) Costume, Best Horticultural Interpretation (or Best Botanical Bowser).
  • Top Dog Prizes will be awarded after the parade. Please, no dogs at the Garden after the event ends.
  • All dogs must be on leash at all times.
  • Please — no dogs in heat! Dogs in heat or aggressive animals may be removed from the Garden at the discretion of the management — no refunds.
  • All dogs must be current with appropriate shots and registrations.
  • By registering, you agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damage and loss, regardless of severity, that may be sustained as a result of said participation, and to waive and relinquish, to fully release and forever discharge, all claims as a result of participating in this event, against the Chicago Botanic Garden and its officials, agents, sponsors, vendors, volunteers or employees.
  • Please bring your own pooper scooper and pick up after your dog so we can keep the Garden beautiful.
  • Hot diggity dog! Bring your camera for memorable photos with Santa!
  • Dress (you and your dog) for the weather!
  • By signing this form, you allow the Chicago Botanic Garden to use any images of you or your dog in future.
