Spooky Pooch Parade Registration Form

Yes! My dog is a leader of the pack. Please sign us up for the Spooky Pooch Parade,
the tail-wagging event of the season at the Chicago Botanic Garden.

Registration and Fees: $14 per dog in advance; $19 per dog at the door on the day of the event.

Details and the Doggone Rules:

Include registration payment with this form and mail to the Chicago Botanic Garden Spooky Pooch Parade, 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL 60022. Advance registration must be received by October 30 at 5 p.m. Registration is limited. First dogs come, first dogs served. Spooky Pooch Parade will be held rain or shine. Sorry, no refunds. No confirmation notice will be sent, so mark your dog’s calendar!
Registration and activities open at 1 p.m. Judging takes place from 1 to 2 p.m.
The parade begins at 2 p.m. as the dogs promenade through the Garden.
Top Dog prizes will be awarded for Best Costume Overall, Best Owner/Dog Costume, Best Puppy (under 1 year) Costume, Best Senior (over 10 years) Costume, and Best Horticultural Interpretation.
Top Dog prizes will be awarded after the parade from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m. Please, no dogs at the Garden after 4 p.m.
All dogs must be leashed at all times.
Please—no dogs in heat! Dogs in heat or aggressive animals may be removed from the Garden at the discretion of the management—no refunds.
All dogs must be current with appropriate shots and registrations.
By registering, you agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damage and loss, regardless of severity, that may be sustained as a result of said participation, and to waive and relinquish, to fully release and forever discharge, all claims as a result of participating in this event against the Chicago Botanic Garden and its officials, agents, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, or employees.
Please bring your own pooper scooper and pick up after your dog so we can keep the Garden beautiful.
Hot diggity dog! Bring your camera for memorable photos!
Dress (you and your dog) for the weather! Dogs will be allowed in designated areas only.
By signing this form, you allow the Chicago Botanic Garden and its designated agents and assigns and anyone publishing under its authority to create, reproduce, and distribute any images of you or your dog’s participation in the Spooky Pooch Parade event.
