Hard Hat Tour

Hard-Hat Tour of the Daniel F. and Ada L. Rice Plant Conservation Science Center

Friday, March 20, 2:30 – 4 p.m.

Meet Dr. Greg Mueller, the Garden’s vice president of science and academic programs, who will be your guide for a personal tour of the new Rice Science Center, under construction and to open in September. This is an exclusive opportunity to tour the new facility, where the Garden will conduct its critical plant conservation research. Be among the first to view the building, interact with Garden scientists, and learn more about the research being accomplished at the Garden.

Sneak Peek TourSneak-Peek Tour of the Garden’s 2009 Plants with Kris Jarantoski

Tuesday, April 7, noon – 2 p.m.

Join Kris Jarantoski, the Garden’s executive vice president, for lunch* followed by an insider’s tour of the Production Greenhouses to catch an early glimpse of what the Garden is growing for 2009.
*Beverages and cookies will be provided. Please bring your own lunch.

Spring Break CampNew! Spring Break Camps for Children
Ages 5 to 11

Children can now enroll in a one-week, spring break camp at the Garden. Choose morning, afternoon, or all-day sessions March 23 to 27, March 30 to April 3, or April 6 to 10. Spring Break Camp lets children engage in exciting indoor and outdoor activities while exploring the Garden as it begins to bloom! Register now.
