Thank you to all those who attended our July and August dinners — they were great fun! Click above to see a video, and also check out the menus! Our final Farm Dinner of the season will be Thursday, September 16. Join Chef Cleetus Friedman of City Provisions, a lifelong chef, entertainer, and event planner who is revolutionizing the green eating scene in and around Chicago. Chef Cleetus will wow your palette with tempting dishes prepared with produce harvested just that week from the Garden's own Green Youth Farm. Also featured will be produce from King’s Hill Farm of Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Beverage pairings will be offered by Goose Island Brewery and Terlato Wines, both of Illinois. |

Upon arrival at the Regenstein Fruit & Vegetable Garden, guests will enjoy cocktail hour with Death's Door Spirits while enjoying passed hors d'oevres. Just prior to dinner, there will be tours given where one can view and learn about the site’s organic practices and growing methods firsthand from the Garden’s own horticulturists. During a multicourse dinner held under the grape arbor, diners will have the opportunity to meet and talk with Chef Cleetus, the farmers, and staff and students of the Green Youth Farm, as well as the brewers, winemakers, and distillers. Proceeds from the dinner support the Garden’s Green Youth Farm program, offering students the opportunity to learn all aspects of organic farming. What a way to celebrate those who cultivate the land for the food and drink that graces the table. Admission: $200 per person. Ticket price includes cocktails and hors d'oevres, a tour, a multicourse meal with drinks, parking, and good company.
