What a delightful way to teach children (for ages 4 to 8) and adults how to plant a garden! From making a list to enjoying the fruits of your efforts, Eddie’s Garden and How to Make Things Grow explains it all. The illustrations, by author Susan Garland, are charming and informative. They show Mum and the children digging, planting and caring for the plants in the garden. We even learn about good and bad bugs. The book concludes with detailed information about the plants described in the course of the text.
